Are Luna Lane pieces real diamonds?+
No — and that is the point. Every piece is a faithful replica: premium stones with the fire, clarity and presence of mined diamonds, hand-set and finished to high-jewellery standard, at a fraction of the price.
Will my piece tarnish or fade?+
With the care ritual above, your piece keeps its brilliance for years. And uniquely, every Luna Lane creation is repolishable — if it dulls with life, our atelier restores it to day one.
How does the repolishing service work?+
Write to us with your order number, ship your piece to our Toronto atelier, and we return it restored in signature packaging. Complimentary within the first year of purchase.
How long does shipping take?+
Ready-to-ship pieces leave the atelier within 1–2 business days. Delivery across Canada typically takes 2–5 business days, fully insured, and is complimentary on orders over $500.
What is your return policy?+
Thirty days, no questions asked. Pieces must be returned in their original packaging in unworn condition; refunds are issued to the original payment method.
What chain lengths do you offer?+
Most pendants come on a 45 cm chain with a 5 cm extender, sitting at the collarbone. Need a different length? Contact the atelier before dispatch and we will adjust it.
What does PRE-ORDER mean?+
Pre-order pieces are crafted in the next production run. Your order reserves one; expect dispatch in 2–3 weeks, with tracking the moment it ships.
Is gift packaging included?+
Always. Every order arrives in signature Luna Lane packaging with a soft polishing cloth — ready to give, nothing extra to buy.
